Wanted to get out after some birds and even though I did NOT have the free time to do it... well, I'll yell at myself later for showing up late.
My buddies GSP just did terrific today. Made some amazing retrieves in tough current and conditions. Great job Annie.
I wanted to get in on the photo opp... she let me know that I was supposed to be paying attention and shooting more ducks for her to retrieve.
The water was pretty high but the set looked good. EVERY duck landed in the dekes today, I love it when that happens.
